Frequently Asked Questions

How much would I need to budget for social media marketing?

Marketing can be adjusted to suit many levels of budgeting and if you could allocate between £1500-£4000 a month (for at least 3 months), you can expect realistic returns on your investment.

How many weeks notice do you need for promoting my Open Day?

If you could provide us 7-8 weeks notice before your proposed Open Day event, we can fully research, plan, and launch your marketing campaigns to our high standards.

However, if your Open Day event scheduled within 5-6 weeks from our Strategy Session, an express fee of 10% may be applied.

What materials and backend access will I need to provide to you?

Videos work best for marketing, and as many images you may have. These do not have to be professionally taken... in fact, organic videos and images shot from a smartphone tends to draw audiences more as it's more native to them.

We would also require access to your social media accounts, and we would send you a Step-by-step Instructions PDF on how to provide us remote access so we can complete our setup requirements.

Do I have to commit long-term, or is there a minimum term agreement?

A major benefit of working with Citrine is you're not forced into entering a long-term contract. Depending on which services you move forward with, our minimum term agreements start from 3 months.
